Cpl Arthur William Stanley Cork 17180/KLR

SDGW have had a stab at Sanctona but that hasn't been found on google maps, perhaps a recent name change?

CWGC show additional information of Son of Mr F. L. Cork, of Longfield House, Bucknall New Rd., Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

There is a Fred L Cork, aged 55 and born Audley, Staffordshire who was recorded as the head of the household at that address on the 1911 Census. A son Frank P. aged 24, is shown as born Bengal. The family are on the 1901 Census at Longton, Staffordshire. Both Arthur, 10, and Frank, 14, are shown as born Bengal.

Not coming up with anything in the GRO's overseas armed forces births for either. Now heading out so will look again later.

Cheers,
Peter
