bangbang Posted 25 October , 2022 Share Posted 25 October , 2022 I have a war letter 1917, from an Australian cadet in C Company No 6 OCB Worcester College Oxford. Its 6 pages long, back-to-back (so 12 total). I am not entirely sure what to do with it. I'm not a collector or anything. I just 100% do not want this to just end up in the bin. So was thinking ebay??
Gunner 87 Posted 25 October , 2022 Share Posted 25 October , 2022 I wonder if Worcester College Library would value it? They have published a letter from an Australian cadet previously ... https://worcestercollegelibrary.wordpress.com/2017/11/29/worcester-college-and-the-first-world-war/

bangbang Posted 26 October , 2022 Author Share Posted 26 October , 2022 Thank you so much for the extra info. I can see now how this letter might be of interest to some people. When I have some extra time, I'll get some photos of the pages, and maybe people can have a read through themselves. It is actually quiet a good letter, as he had a good mind for writing. Thanks again

bangbang Posted 26 October , 2022 Author Share Posted 26 October , 2022 I don't own a scanner, and like I said... I'm not a collector or typically a person who is interested in this kind of stuff, so I'm not willing to put any more time in than strictly necessary. I'll post photos when I can. Probably wont be soon, but I will post in this thread when it happens if anyone has particular interest.
