Hi, I am researching a great great Grandfather John Harold Onn and I have his hospital admission for Fort Pitt in Chatham in 1917. However, I am struggling to decipher what it says under disease and treatment  Please can anyone help interpret this document. I would be extremely grateful. Thanks. 1578629141_Onnhospitaladmission.jpg.9afd30297b11b07abea9b250ac8ef473.jpg
