Hi Maxence,

Searching Ancestry WW1 war diaries for France using 'Flibeaucourt' there are two hits (see below); the former is for the CRA for 52 Division. These war diaries can be accessed on Ancestry via paying a subscription or for free on the National Archives website. There may be other units in the area whose diaries are held by TNA but these may not be searchable on Ancestry.

52 Division CRAhttps://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C7354800

3 Cavalry Field Ambulance - https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C7351413

Not sure how much this helps

Colin

Hi Maxence,

To access the Ancestry diaries you will need to pay a subscription. These can be searched online by location.

The National Archives links above will provide a free copy of the war diary but you will need to register using an email address before they can be downloaded. You would need to download them and browse through to find the relevant entry.

Army units billeted in French villages will have been allocated to different houses or farms. Sadly the diaries are unlikely to record specific streets or houses.

Kind regards

Colin
