We discussed him him here yesterday on pages 175 and 176. There is a chance that he may qualify for acceptance to 'In From The Cold Project' and whoever accesses his file in Kew may put him forward with my blessing. https://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/r/C1063522 Can you help please?
