Similar information available on the RAF Museum's casualty forms website, without the need to register:

https://www.casualtyforms.org/form/8660

He shows up in the Air Force list of April 1918 as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Technical branch:

http://www.rafmuseumstoryvault.org.uk/archive/goodwin-f.h

His commissioning as a probationary 2nd Lieutenant in the Special Reserve of Officers on 17 June 1916 can be found in the Gazette of 20 June 1916:

https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/29634/supplement/6202

Appointed as an Assistant Instructor in Gunnery on 12 June 1917:

https://www.thegazette.co.uk/London/issue/30193/supplement/7408

Promoted to be a temporary Lieutenant on 21 June 1918:

Promoted to Lieutenant on 12 December 1918:

It looks as though he went on to be a solicitor in later life if this mention from the Gazette on 11 May 1956 is anything to go by.
