topgun1918 Posted 8 May , 2022 Share Posted 8 May , 2022 The DH4/DH9 File gives that it was with No 105 Squadron, Andover by February 1918 then No 6 Training Depot Station. Graeme
Clint Posted 9 May , 2022 Author Share Posted 9 May , 2022 Many thanks dor the reply Graeme, So the marking on the fuselage aft of the roundel is a personal marking or is it that of 6 TDS? Regards, Clint
topgun1918 Posted 9 May , 2022 Share Posted 9 May , 2022 Hi Clint I believe so. I am unaware of any unit marking for No 105 Squadron so it's likely a marking for 6 TDS - most personal markings were applied on the forward fuselage near the cockpit.
