Hello again I am wanting to know how I can go about finding a picture of the 227th Men of the North, just before they embarked to England some time between June 1917 and December 1917 Thank You Kerry Milutin Bakersfield California

Hi Kerry. You may have seen these before, but if not the first is Lieutenant William Lyness, former police chief of Chapleau, and second, men of the 1st Chapleau Platoon, 227th while still in Canada. Third is 62 of the 293 from Chapleau to serve in the battalion. A little earlier than you requested but that is all an online search produced.

Both pics and information can be found at http://michaeljmorrisreports.blogspot.com/2018/11/chapleau-recruits-for-men-o-north-227th.html
