Anyone here able to assist with interpretation of entries on this AIR76 (Maj M. G. Lee) extract, please?

17.10.19 entry appears to refer to a transfer to a 'Con[valecent?] Hosp[ital]' at?

19.10.19 entry 'G.N.E.O.P.' = Group Non-Effective Officers Pool? (a bit of a guess on my part)

10.1.20 what is the unit entry preceding [to] Coastal Area.
