Remembered Today:

Peter Davidson BWM

Essentially, he served in WW1: https://www.longlongtrail.co.uk/soldiers/how-to-research-a-soldier/campaign-medal-records/the-british-campaign-medals-for-the-great-war/.

Any more details? The regiment and soldier's number should be on the rim.

Addition: Ancestry records 42 Peter Davidsons having Medal Index Cards (MICs).

Ok. Beyond my expertise, but medal cognoscenti will comment on its authenticity. It would be worth moving this to the 'Medals' area of the Forum, but I don't know how you do that. Perhaps a passing moderator will do it.

Most likely a Mercantile Marine recipient. They had only names and no regiment or number.

There is one born 1878 Dundee, and the second was born in 1875 in Leith, so could be one of these two Scotsmen.
