Hello,

Recently won this plaque to Walter keeble checked the CWWG and 2 chaps with same name, I had a look and one was from Suffolk and I thought maybe it's him as the auction house is in Suffolk? I'd like to get others opinions on if I may be right.

Regards

There's no way of telling unless you can verify the source of it - it may well just be co-incidence.

As Craig says, you wont know until you find someone with the other, if they have medals as well that may determine who is the man named.

I have a plaque to a soldier with my name, I also have a medal or two to another with same name. this one was a casualty so, you could say they go together.

I know of a scroll to the same man as the named medals, he wants to sell but not for as much as it was advertised for but wants a profit on what he actually paid for it. Meanwhile he is looking for a plaque to go with the scroll. SO, who is the correct owner? who is going to decide.
