This one is almost certainly GW: I have been reminded that the first time QARNNS nurses served afloat was during Messina Earthquake relief work in 1908.

Any thoughts? (I love the way the nurses have got the giggles when dealing with windswept uniform).

I think that is the Staff Surgeon whose left profile we can see at front, with the ?DSC medal, and talking to the bearded officer with the executive curl on his right cuff.
