Guest Posted 26 June , 2006 Share Posted 26 June , 2006 John, Your enquiry has been forwarded to me. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can constructively add to the above. regards David

Regards, Chris. Thanks for reply. I'm new to Forum. How do I go about accessing your previous positing? Reason - researching names, that is all there is, on Burntisland War Memorial. The only William Ernest Baker I can find is one on CWGC but unable to get Burntisland connection. Looked at newspapers but nothing.

per ardua per mare per terram Posted 28 June , 2006 Share Posted 28 June , 2006 Charles, No it's down to having gone to Kew and doing a look up! His number is on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission entry so it was a simple quick break from my other research. I thought the forum would like to have the mystery solved.
