Captain Clive Wedgwood’s Missing Medals

Hello All, posting on behalf of a friend who is looking for Captain Clive Wedgwood’s WW1 medals.  He served with the Lancashire Fusiliers and also served in the RAF as a Flight Lt. during WW2 and in total he was awarded the Military Cross with Bar, 1914/1915 Star, British War Medal and Victory Medal.  Unfortunately, his medals went missing during the 1980’s and his family would like to be reunited with them if possible. Has anyone got any ideas/info please?

As Jane mentions in post above( with link)our best bet is registering for the British Medals Forum, they have a world wide membership & apparently have had some success stories.

It may take a couple days to get approved after you apply for membership, then you can post an advert in the Medals wanted section.
