Remembered Today:

Gloucestershire's Memorial Boards Bristol re dedicated

Malcolm Linham

Recommended Posts

This morning the memorial boards for the 1/6 , 2/6 & 3/6 Battalions of the Gloucestershire Regiment were re dedicated in the crypt of St Michael on the Mount , Bristol.

In October 2016 the then redundant church was damaged by a serious fire, however luckily the memorial boards survived as did the memorial stained glass window.

The church has now been turned into an arts centre and the both the window and the memorial boards can be viewed on application to the manager at

Best wishes

Malcolm
