"Two [...] who were with us in the water. Greetings Bruno"

 

The other side will probably reveal what those 2 were ?

Thank you for your help. Could this article belong to the famous architect Bruno Taut, who fled to Turkey from Nazi Germany? In addition, I put a picture of Bruno Taut's own house in the Bosphorus.

Nice house! There were many, many Bruno's in this world who could write in German Sütterlin/Kurrent, so I can not say. Maybe if you compare the handwriting of this Bruno and Bruno Taut you can find out.
