Major. Died LLanelly Q1 1968 aged 74. In the 1930-40s his address was The Moat House, Penrhyn Rd., Kingston-on-Thames. The annotated LG (probably for during the Battle of Doiran that began on 22 April 1917 - 'The British infantry began its attack on the night of 24–25 April'.)
