Names of parents on CWGC headstone

How unusual is it for the names of parents to be added to a CWGC headstone?

This WW1 headstone is in Holy Trinity Church churchyard Henley-on-Thames:

The headstone must be fairly recent (cannot trace actual date of installation in the 'Graves Registration Report' ) and maybe replaced an existing family plot?  An interesting dual-purpose memorial.

The additional text is present on the original headstone schedule which is sadly undated but appears to be contemporary. maybe a NoK added the text via the final verification form. As far as I’m aware the CWGC wouldn’t replace a private headstone in a family plot. May be worth a quick enquiry to the CWGC to clarify.

The undated CWGC record (below)  shows that a family member proposed the addition of the names of the parents and this was accepted by CWGC

Thank you for asking this. I have seen one in a local cemetery with a relative's details and wondered about it.  I had got a vague impression that the relative died after the man, but if the second death was before the return of the final verification form the details could be on the CWGC stone. I will try to find it again and retort back.
