Hoping some eagle eyed forum folk may be able to help to clarify the sate of this mans teeth. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'll start off with " Cyst Incisor".

(It isn't, but it might prompt some more ideas!)

Lost incisors? The two top central ones seem most susceptible to being bashed out in sporting accidents etc.

Many thanks for the replies folks, I have to admit I'd not thought of incisors... I couldn't get past the last word being cavity. The original can be found here page 22. Can we safely say this man didn't have dentures when his teeth were checked on enlisment?

I've cropped and enlarged the words and it now looks to me as if it may read "treat in ..... " - but I'm still not at all certain.

Thanks for the continued input folks, I can certainly see the word ‘treat’. I need to go back to his records and see if anything further is noted regarding his teeth.
