I can see: 26.6.16 from 46 NMD BD ( 46th north midland division base depot ?) to 1/1 NMFA North Midland Field Ambulance - int he field. 18.11.16 admitted 1/1 NMFA influenza 19.11.16 transferred no 2 Stationary Hosp Abbeville written above 1 South African Gen (also at Abbeville) ? 12.12 16 ............ ???? ............... Cayeux .. no idea ? 19.12.16 joined 1 ... ? B Depot from Cayeux ?
