His name is Mac Mutten?. Mullen? Photo 1 and close up from my collection. Photo 3 of same truck and seller from ebay. Photo 4 and 5 with info on the back. charlie962 Posted 8 August , 2021 Share Posted 8 August , 2021 Looks like an older man. I read it as MacMullen or McMullen. "In charge of the English Ambulance Car attached to our Division. Loading wounded at Hermaville", (which is just outside Arras). No date. Here's one to check out: John Alexander McMullen a Driver with the Red Cross, from The Hermitage, Hornchurch, served overseas.
