British Red Cross Driver with truck. France.  Has small cap badge with a red cross on it and has info on the back of the photo in French.

His name is Mac Mutten?. Mullen?

Looks like an older man.

 I read it as MacMullen or McMullen. "In charge of the English Ambulance Car attached to our Division. Loading wounded at  Hermaville", (which is just outside Arras).

No date.

Here's one to check out:

John Alexander McMullen  a Driver with the Red Cross, from The Hermitage, Hornchurch, served overseas. Born 1863.

 

There are other possible driver candidates.
