Almost certainly Women's Royal Air Force but I don't think that you can tell from the photograph whether she was a driver. She could have done one of the many trades and jobs available to women. The cap badge is unsuual but I think that I can see a crown over a flying eagle. She is wearing what seems to be a divisional cloth badge but someone on here may be able to say if this denotes a trade. I hope that I haven't added to the confusion.

You are correct  Jim. She jus wearing the first pattern of badge used by the WRAF.
