(Page 40 No. 319) There are some details on WFA Pension Records. A photograph of the plot appears on Find a Grave https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/197866540/james-green Haven’t found his details on CWGC - would getting death cert. be next move? Unfortunately, none of the pension records I've found say if the gas poisoning was related to service, nor can I find a service record. It might depend entirely on what the DC says.
