Trolley Stretcher - Photographs?

I looking for any other diagrams or photographs of a stretcher trolley- I found a sketch of one that operated in the Ypres Salient from Woodcote House but cannot find any other photographs or diagrams.

IWM have some photos taken by John Warwick Brooke. Messines 1917 but perhaps the technology remained the same?

 

Q 5838, Q 5839, Q 5626, Q 5625.

Thanks for the help. I find it surprising that photographs or diagrams of the trolley used by the Field Ambulance are hard to come by. 
 

I reckon this trolley was used by one of the Field Ambulances of the 23 Division.
