genegwf Posted 2 February , 2021 Share Posted 2 February , 2021 I have just received this book by Ed Skelding. The photography is professionally done as well as the written narrative. The book is a companion to the series of DVD’s with the same title. I found it interesting that many of the photos were taken in the nineties and are used to illustrate how little the area and terrain have changed over the years. Overall I found the book interesting and informative. It certainly makes me want to go back to the Somme and revisit many of the area shown in this book.
