ss002d6252 Posted 1 February , 2021 Share Posted 1 February , 2021 The top 4 are all service numbers from his various service numbers. The bottom number is a pension claim for region 5, Wales (from 1920 ish the country was divided into regions for pension claims and the claims were re-numbered to match this split).
