Royal artillery cyclist ?

Another card from this mornings finds, looks like a royal artillery cap badge, not sure about the belt, a studio shot from a photographers in Rodley, Leeds.  would the bike just be a prop for the photo ?, maybe the chaps own pride and joy !, anyway a nice image,

I’m guessing that he might be a Territorial.  I can’t imagine a regular posing with a bicycle.

 I suspect so John.  As Pete very astutely pointed out, dropped handlebars and raised saddle are unusual for a military cyclist.
