Does anyone have the following book?

The story of the twelfth : a record of the 12th Battalion, A.I.F. during the Great War of 1914-1918 by L.M. Newton

I'm trying to determine if there is any mention of a fire on the 20th of April 1918 but haven't found it easy to access this book from where I live.

Also if there is any mention in the text or photographs of: James Sandeman number 750.  He was promoted to Sergeant and CQMS during his time with the 12th, and he was awarded a MM and Bar.
