Does anyone have a photograph of Dr Hector Munro c.1915

I am trying to 'rule him out' of the War Illustrated News photograph of Lady Dorothie Feilding after she received her Order of Leopold II, attached.

I believe that the gentleman bottom right with the rather splendid moustache is John Hugh Secker an ambulance driver with the Flying Ambulance Corps; however I have another opinion that it might be Dr Munro.

Daily Sketch circa 1914 from the BNA

Interesting, he is with the tall gentleman in the trilby type hat again.

I wonder who he is, he seems to be keeping Munro's company.

If the Sketch have it correct then he could well be the gentleman bottom right in the War Illustrated Photograph.
