I know the English Published "Soldiers Died in Great War" mini biographies; An English Rabbi published "British Jewry Book of Honoer"   

The Americans published a several Volume series of US Soldiers/Red Crosses Nurses

What of the other Powers Involved-did they published any offical  memorial books?

Bulgaria

Greece  {Neutral(?)
