Been reading this lately and found that it's missing a Lieutenant Colonel for the 26th AI Bn.  

 

Francis Michael O'Donnell, formerly C/O of A Coy 1915 and then B Coy in 1916, temporarily took over command of the 26th AI Bn from late August 1916 when his predecessor, Lieutenant Colonel George Andrew Ferguson, was wounded in action in the same month.

 

After the two unsuccessful battles at Flers in November 1916, he had to relinquish command of the 26th AI Bn to Travers on 29 November 1916.
