charlie2 Posted 15 October , 2020 Share Posted 15 October , 2020 I now have two copies of the book. I bought the second copy as the first had pages that had not been printed - pages 106, 358 & 360. I thought this was a one-off and just bad luck but it turns out my second copy has a blank page 246. I would be interested to know if anyone has either read the book from beginning to end or has physically looked at every page and found the book to be 100% complete.
