A.G. 2B 4th March 1915 as the authority. I am wondering if anyone can verify the source of this. Craig Thank you for the clue. 1914 to 1916 Lieutenant-General Sir Henry Sclater was the head of the organisation then that issued this order. I am familiar with RN hierachy but not the army.
