ForeignGong Posted 4 September , 2020 Share Posted 4 September , 2020 Hi all I am researching a Lt Charles James Browne of the above unit for a lady here in Australia and downloaded the WD. I have been able to find when he joined the Bn under CT Browne and not CJ Browne. This officer was gassed in Aug 17 and med board unfit for duty Oct 17 and I am trying to confirm dates. At the end of the WD it has casualty lists but all are for the 11th Bn Rifle Brigade. Where would I find the 11th KRRC casualty lists please. Any help is greatly appreciated. stiletto_33853 Posted 4 September , 2020 Share Posted 4 September , 2020 Peter, Those Rifle Brigade 1917 on casualty lists the NA were told about at least 4 times to my knowledge. Separated from the 11th KRRC Diary and warned that they were from the Rifle Brigade not the KRRC. However, you can take a horse to water but you cannot make it drink.
