Please could someone give some help regarding this?

I am researching:

REGINALD EDWIN HARRIS Private Service Number: 9457  Oxford and Bucks Light Infantry"Q" Coy. 1st Bn. Died 08 May 1916 aged 21 years   Lies at BAGHDAD (NORTH GATE) WAR CEMETERYXXI. L. 20.Iraq

 

I have looked for the War diary - if there is one covering the time since the battalion was captured - but am failing to find it.
