Had a message yesterday to say he has a new catalogue out on Monday. Tom often takes several days to reply if he’s busy with a catalogue. Spoke to him on the phone a few weeks ago.

I had some very quick replies a few weeks ago when I was having trouble buying a couple of books - the problem was sorted with gratifying speed.
