Badge to the R.N.M.B.R. I'm trying to find out if this badge is genuine as no expert. It came with some other badges that are genuine but I would like another opinon on this one. I've had a copy in the past but that was an obvious copy.

Wow! That's a toughie. Looks authentic, doesn't it? Of course that is what the forgers want us to think. The RNMBR badge was one of the first to be "offered," and I say that tongue-in-cheek, to the unwary back in the late seventies. I know, I've got one!

A view of rear of the badge would be helpful.

Doubtless the badge gurus will have a crack at this one, and I will certainly defer to them. They are far better qualified than I.

It is a nice looking piece though.

The slider looks the part, probably the best provenance is that it was accquired along with other badges, depending of course on where they came from,if an old Soldiers Collection then they are probably OK,it is getting harder though to sort out the bad boys!
