303man Posted 19 February , 2005 Share Posted 19 February , 2005 Two plaques listed on e bay on checking they would seem to be related. Charles Edward Warwick Essex Regt And Arthur Warwick R Irish Rif both have Plaistow as place of Birth or residence. Shame if they were split, I have contacted the vendor asking if they will re-list together. Can any of you guys help pursuade them as well. Andrew Upton Posted 20 February , 2005 Share Posted 20 February , 2005 Details and plaque to Charles Edward Warwick: http://www.cwgc.org/cwgcinternet/casualty_...casualty=150229 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...6513165868&rd=1 Details and plaque to Arthur Warwick: http://www.cwgc.org/cwgcinternet/casualty_...casualty=648405 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...6513165160&rd=1 303man: As Plaistow isn't listed on the CWGC, did you get this from Soldiers Died, or similar? I emailed the seller with the CWGC info on Charles Edward Warwick, and asked if the plaques were acquired at the same time, and she believed they were - will email her again with the confirmation that they are related, and try and persuade her to keep them together. kingsman64 Posted 21 February , 2005 Share Posted 21 February , 2005 Hi Guys Both plaques have been ended early by the seller due to an error in the listing. So it looks like we have another sucess, they will probably be listed together shortly, well done. Did you notice seller is in Cyprus. It never ceases to amaze me where stuff finds its way to! Andrew Upton Posted 21 February , 2005 Share Posted 21 February , 2005 Received the following reply from the seller: "Dear Andrew, Many thanks for your email, I agree it would be wrong to split them up and I've relisted them as a pair thank you for the info. Regards Jill" And now both plaques have been listed together: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW
