1st Suffolk Regiment in the Struma Valley 1918

Hello. Could anyone help with the 1st Suffolk Regiment regarding what they were doing in 1918 ( movements or actions) . I am struggling to find any information on them in 1918 other then there were employed in the Struma Valley . They get a few mentions in Military Operations in Macedonia VOL 1 but they are not mentioned in VOL 2, which starts in September 1917. They seen to just disappear from the Salonika Campaign but i know they were still serving there in 1918 .   Many Thanks
