37 mm One Pounder Markings

Here's another puzzle to me. I have a 37 mm projectile and it has these markings on it.

The date of 1918 is clear enough, but the monogram SW perhaps defies my ability to find the story on it.

I didn't photograph the whole projectile but can if it would help the conversation.

What look like U-shaped dents are inspection marks. Of Czech manufacture - Skoda Werk.
