HIGHSPEN Posted 16 February , 2005 Share Posted 16 February , 2005 Am helping out on a relation regarding his grand father but following some illness, my brain is unfortunately not working as well as it used to. Quite simply --what does "C of Hrs" mean after Leic. Yeo"? or perhaps any Yeo?
Paul Reed Posted 16 February , 2005 Share Posted 16 February , 2005 Corps of Hussars. Seemingly many Yeomanry Regiments became part of them ?c.1916 for administrative purposes. Their badges did not change, or unit title, but their records and medal issue was handled by the Corps of Hussars Records Office. This also included all Hussar Regiments.
