Lt. E. C. Mee is named on the war memorial in the Diamond, Derry/Londonderry City. Here are two websites which show the  memorial. The memorial itself has only names and initials, and they are very indistinct, but both sites give more detail from various sources.

Just in case anyone has followed the link to the Irishwarmemorials.ie site, I have improved the images of the plaques so that they are just about readable. There were no images for a day or so.
