Cpl Cecil Adler Beverley #337395 RAMC 80th F.A was one our schoolteachers who died extremely late on 17th Oct 1918, here he is on the left Aliens1908-9

I read on the Long, Long Trail that hostilities there finished around 28th Sept 1918, as I can't get to the library can GWF tell me if he died of wounds or was it say malaria/Spanish Flu.

Many thanks

Dave

Ray, correction #337395 my eyes didn't line up with my spreadsheet, also #1846.

Thanks Michael, that is fairly comprehensive explanation.

His effects say he died in no.64 Gen. hospital, Greece., what an awful looking place to pass on.
