Richard Matlock Posted 4 March , 2020 Share Posted 4 March , 2020 Morning all , I have two SMLEs with butt markers/disks and I wonder if anyone has knowledge of what these mean. The first is a 1912 rifle with a marker that is stamped MSG 35. msdt Posted 4 March , 2020 Share Posted 4 March , 2020 Are you sure it is MSG? MSC is listed as Medical Staff Corps in the original abbreviations. In the 1932 regs for Officer Training Corps ALN is listed (but not in the original ones). It is Alleyn's School, Dulwich, London.
