Hi,

I am a member of the Royal New Zealand Returned Services Association, and our club is compiling a collection of medals awarded to members of the New Zealand Armed Forces over the past 150 years. These include gallantry medals, campaign medals and long service and good conduct medals.

Up until the 1980s New Zealanders were awarded British campaign medals and long service and good conduct medals, and until 1999, British gallantry awards.

I am trying to obtain copies of the Royal Warrant and (where appropriate) the Regulations for some of these medals. Does anyone know where I can obtain these from?

I realize that most of these are pre or post WW1, but maybe someone out there can help. We require the Royal Warrant/Regulations for the following medals:

Victoria Cross

Distinguished Service Order

Royal Red Cross (and Associate of the Royal Red Cross)

Distinguished Service Cross

Distinguished Conduct Medal

Conspicuous Gallantry Medal
