GRANVILLE Posted 23 February , 2020 Share Posted 23 February , 2020 This photo has appeared on our local Derbyshire newspaper, with an appeal for help in trying to ID the soldier. According to the article, the photo has been bought locally, by a chap in New Zealand, and he is now trying to see if he can identify the subject. The photo bears a stamp of a Chesterfield, Derbyshire photographer so the thinking is the soldier must have some sort of Derbyshire connection.
