Good evening,

If you want more pictures of Loos (Dud Corner - St Patrick Cemetery - Loos British Cemetery), this is not a problem for me because I live in Loos.
otherwise I have these about the Dud Corner (my personal collection) :

Clearly not in the same league as some of the wonderful photos people have added here, but I found this little gem at the weekend on a long walk to discover parts of our town I wasn't too familiar with. This seat is beside a road not far from the church of St Ann in a village called Radipole on the outskirts of Weymouth, Dorset.

Thank you for this photo Chris 11. I have passed this spot many times and never stopped. Now I will make the effort. hopefully this weekend

Thanks for your offer of photographs of Loos, however I have been sent a number of photographs by other members of the forum but I do appreciate the offer. Found you postcard photographs very interesting, showing the original burials and then the completed cemetery.

Regards

John

Thanks for the photographs, I am sorry I have not acknowledged them until today but unfortunately I have not been too well, I have just had good news from my check up at hospital today so I am now back to normal and can get on with my research.

no worries!!

Glad you feel better!

Just re-read your request and ... I was in Cambrai not so long ago... let me fire up the other computer quickly, where the pics are on, and I'll send you the what I have... had a quick go at it with the wide angle before the rain started again...

Note the small dent in the globe at the top of the Plymouth memorial, apparently caused by an unruly barrage balloon in the Second World War.
