Info on Military Medal winner

I am not a medal collector so i don't have any access to any archives (or ability at researching) 

Would anyone be able to give me details on the following person or why they won the medal

Corpl J Domican  service number 1133 2nd Life Guards

Winner of Military medal

says he was in the Hussars and M.G. Guards.(no mention of M.M.)

 

Cannot see anything in London Gazette.

 

I do not have access to Ancestry to view the medal roll.

He entered France on October 8th 1914 in 13th Hussars, transferring to the Guards Machine Gun Battalion (later -Regiment) (Service No.4245) on March 13th 1918.

Entitled to 14 Star, BWM & VM
