Remembered Today:

13th Platoon 'M' Company Monmouthshire Regt

I'm quite prepared to be shot down in flames here, but I suspect the info at the bottom of the photograph is wrong.

The Monmouthshire Regiment was formed in the 1908 Territorial reforms from units of the South Wales Borderers' Volunteer units. Under the Volunteer system, there were sufficient Battalions to reach M, but the Terriers usually managed only 8 (stopping at H Co.)

Unless, of course, this is post-war?

Personally I don't know anything about the photo but it is a possibility that my mum's side of the family is featured on it somewhere as she is from west Wales.
