Medal of Major Daniel Knox Hopkyns, R.E.

I am searching for the 1914-15 Star awarded to Major Hopkyns with a view to completing his group of medals.  I have his British War Medal, Victory Medal (with Mention in Despatches) and his 1935 Jubilee medal.  He was an officer in the Royal Engineers Postal Service who served in Egypt, Salonika, France and Italy during the war.  I am also seeking a photograph of this man.
